In BW und BY würde ich auch mit dem Wert rechnen. Aber waren die Kosten nicht für Wohnungen?.

At such high figures of more than 2500€/m², I wonder if the [Grundstück] was included just to make the number appear as large as possible.

Not in the good locations or [BW] and [BY]. There you quickly end up at 500-1500€ per m2
