Then: einzugsfertig. That is more than turnkey. It also doesn’t mean that painting and floor coverings are still added on top.

It is probably also possible for 1800 or even 1500 if necessary and if one approaches it with discipline.

In this case, it’s not empty and technically simple rooms filling the 220 sqm, but kitchens, cold storage rooms, and bathrooms twice over. I would rather look above 2000 when factoring in the circumstances and wishes.

I overlooked KfW40 plus, sorry!

We were very disciplined and gave up on a few things. No underfloor heating, no fireplace, no clinker bricks, no mega insulation.
Heating costs were 600 euros in the first year (although we like it warm). I don’t feel like we saved in the wrong place. We love our little house :) And everything went very smoothly and our building supervisor had nothing to criticize.

Apart from painting and flooring, we didn’t do any own work. And landscaping, but you don’t count that anyway.

If you want the price einzugsfertig, no item should be left out.
