No. That was actually another test for completion.

I can't quite understand the procedure - without plaster, there is no airtightness. What sense does such a test make then? Do you already have foil/insulation under the roof?

We build double-shell. There was noticeably no draft through the masonry, but at one point on the foil to the roof. That had to be reworked. The lift-and-slide door also had a draft in the middle. However, that is probably due to the construction. The idea was probably that the windows and the foil should be checked before the GK boards and plaster make rework difficult.

Yes, and? Double-shell is not denser... rather more permeable, since there is no exterior plaster. You also have calcium silicate bricks, right? A lot of air passes through the vertical joints... and you don't check all of that just by hand? Plaster is really worthless for a BDT - what makes sense is to omit the gypsum plasterboards, then you can do good rework.

Mhm... The purpose of such a final test does not really make sense to me. How should possibly detected leaks – according to the contractor's view – still be closed cost-effectively at such a late stage? If you don’t mind, I consider this approach pure advertising nonsense ;) Rhineland greetings
