Hey! :--) We are currently planning the renovation of our bathroom (existing property). I have already created a first draft for this, but I am still looking for inspiration. This draft is relatively close to what we want, but what bothers me here is the window opposite the shower wall. In short, we would like a shower accessible from both sides and a double washbasin as shown here. Does anyone have suggestions for how this could fit more elegantly into this room or other alternatives? It doesn't matter where the toilet is located. Everything will be on one level in the new condition. We also want to have a small "bench" built into the shower directly on the marked wall, which is not visible here - because it cannot be depicted. I look forward to your suggestions!

Repeated attempt, top image was resized multiple times, for whatever reason.

Should the room be 2.50 meters wide? Then a shower opened on both sides is not suitable, as there is not enough space. Arrange yourselves with a shower that opens on one side, that can also look stylish.

Hi ypg, correct, the shower room is ~2.5 x 3.5m - hmm... I'll have to explain that to my partner with examples

As I see it, you have about 0.50 to 0.60 m for both entrances to the shower. Just take a tape measure/meter stick and hold it in front of your stomach at this length, even better in front of your shoulders. That is definitely too tight. How about placing the shower (walk-in shower accessible from one side) with a nice glass wall where the toilet is now?

Yes, your points make sense, one won't always stay so slim Do you mean something like this? Yes, we had that as an alternative too, but without glass (instead with a wall for easier maintenance). Difficult subject, with so many planning options you eventually can't see the wood for the trees.
