Good day dear forum members,
I intend to build a single-story residential house at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. The construction project has 110 m² of living space and is designed for 2 people.
I am not yet satisfied with the bathroom planning. I have tried several variants, but somehow the arrangement of the sanitary facilities does not yet seem optimal to me.
On the right (eastern) side, there is a triangular window from the eaves to the gable, which is fixed; the other window to the north is still variable in width and location.
To the west, the utility room adjoins; to the south, I have established a guest WC. Unfortunately, the room cannot be made larger; rather, I would have to reduce it in favor of the utility room.
In the bathroom itself, I want a walk-in shower with a sliding door, a duo bathtub, and a large washbasin. The northern window should be freely accessible.
I have thought a lot about the guest WC, whether I even need it, and then just barely decided in favor of one.
Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
Best regards
Peter
