Bathroom planning in new construction

Then we're back to the exterior view .
We thought about the windows for a very long time back then and came to the conclusion that the floor-to-ceiling windows not only bring more light into the room but also offer a nicer exterior view.

Form follows function.
However, for me, in the combination of bathroom/street side/shower entrance, a no-go.

Pleated blinds (with the top 50 cm open, depending on how the neighbors across the street build) were planned anyway. We just gave it some more thought, assuming the window is still movable: And then it obviously still has to somehow work with the wastewater pipes and the utility room (which is now also basically finalized) below.

Toilet in the niche I find good if you value some privacy but the bathroom is used by several people at the same time.

Floor-to-ceiling windows let in more light (even with a pleated blind) than a window with a sill height.
