The building permit came a few days ago. There won't be much left to do on the exterior.

And this is added.

Pay attention to the space behind the sink. That's where people dance the most. If it's too tight there, you'll curse your whole life.

That might be an alternative.

In 3D it could then look like this ... I have extended the shower wall a bit so that the wall cabinets can lean against it and at the same time extend the shower.

Now a tub with a rounded corner (the one closest to the washbasin). However, the question is whether it will become too dark at the washbasin because of the privacy screen?

I would leave out the walls. The bathroom becomes too small. Although 11 sqm is not exactly little, partition walls are barriers, so it suddenly looks like only 7-8 sqm. Windows can still be changed after the building permit, as long as you don't turn a normal window into a panorama pane. At least the window facing the street should be fitted with a parapet, otherwise going into the shower becomes a peep show, even with a blind. Terraced houses often only have these 2.40... we had 2.25 with a classic layout. It works for two people, but with a family I would also prevent bottlenecks. I like the toilet opposite the shower, but without a privacy screen.

Then we're back to the exterior view.
We thought about the windows for a long time back then and came to the conclusion that the floor-to-ceiling windows not only bring more light into the room but also a nicer exterior view.

Do you mean it like this? Then the area between the bathtub and the washbasin is still tight.

Or did you mean it like this?

The WC wall adjacent to the bathtub already looks somewhat strange:

Or the bathtub in the middle between the WC and the window:
