Good day everyone,

we are in the middle of the construction planning and want to finalize the bathrooms. Since the shell construction starts in 3 weeks, time is running out.
Do you have any ideas/improvement suggestions for the planning of the two bathrooms?

Attached is my planning:

You/Bathroom on the ground floor
- Laundry chute in the corner
- WC niche
- Walk-in shower with bench and niche for shower gel, etc.
- Washbasin aligned with the window

Bathroom on the upper floor
- TV on the wall at the top of the plan
- Laundry chute integrated into lowboard/bench
- WC in niche with window for ventilation
- Walk-in shower
- Freestanding bathtub with shelf on T-wall
- Washbasin aligned with window
- Sufficient space for an additional cabinet
- Possibly heated towel rail at the bottom of the plan

I find these sketches totally confusing, there are numbers everywhere that don't match the dimensions. The bathroom on the ground floor is still somewhat understandable, but I'm lost with the bathroom upstairs. How long is the bathtub? What is the yellow cross in the shower? What is the blue thing with the yellow box? Waaay too many numbers...

maybe you can delete this Halox P and then some numbers will disappear

Bathroom ground floor: I would swap the shower and toilet because I don't like it when you open the door and look directly at the toilet.... besides, you would need to make the window frosted glass, otherwise everyone can see you while you're showering.

I don't quite understand the plan for the upper floor, what is the yellow thing to the right of the bathtub? And is the laundry chute in the shower? Does it then run continuously through the bathroom on the ground floor? Because it's on the exterior wall there, but not on the upper floor?

I believe the yellow box in the shower is a shelf for the shower gel like in the [EG]

Then I don’t understand where the shaft is supposed to be.... in the red box on the left??? The yellow one at the top right??? Please label properly....(-:

Your architect seems to have thought something through with what he did.... He had already drawn the bathroom on the ground floor in such a way that the shower is not in front of the window.

Unfortunately, these are PDFs from which you cannot delete that. The dimensions on the plans are for the shell construction, meaning ceiling openings, built-in spotlights, etc. The yellow crosswise thing in the shower is the drainage for the bathtub and shower.

The bathtub is currently 1.75m – which is probably too small, but it can easily be extended to 2m along the T-wall.

The blue box is a TV. Below it, in a lowboard, the laundry chute (yellow (ceiling opening)) is to be integrated.

We also considered swapping the toilet and shower on the ground floor. However, we don’t want the laundry chute (which leads to the basement) next to the toilet, but rather at the end of the shower.

We also have the issue with the window if the position of the shower is swapped. We will definitely not use clear glass here. The laundry chute is a bit confusing because the upstairs overhangs about 1m. You can recognize the layout of the wall on the ground floor from the dashed line.
