Hello everyone,

I would be happy if you could take a look at our bathroom planning.
Here are the background details:

[*]14.4m², upper floor (full storey), window sill height = 1m
[*]Designs are oriented almost exactly to the north, the bedroom is located east of the bathroom behind the drywall, mirrored
It would probably make sense not to place the toilet on this wall.
[*]Design no. 1 corresponds to the original plan but is not desired due to the L-shape solution (too tight, too little light)
[*]Design no. 2 was suggested to us by the bathroom planner, a corresponding 3D rendering is attached. I actually like it quite a bit,
but my partner does not like the small partition wall or the view from the toilet to the window.
[*]The other designs are my (failed) attempts to fit all sanitary fixtures in the room :(
[*]Wanted are: bathtub, shower (120x100cm, lots of glass, with door), toilet, bidet, sink (120cm)
[*]Dark, secluded corners are not nice, so the T-shape solution is also out
[*]If necessary, we would also choose a freestanding bathtub, possibly a corner bathtub, if that fits everything better.
[*]Moving the windows a few centimeters or adjusting the sill height on the west side would probably also be possible
[*]I imagine a bathtub in front of the windows not very practical, but I would not rule it out
[*]The windows face the street or the neighboring property, so the view is not very important ;)

We will try to get another appointment with the bathroom planner soon, but we don’t want to show up completely unprepared
and are therefore grateful for any tips!

Thank you very much in advance and have a nice evening,
Hausbaufaehig

I just noticed that the image unintentionally slipped into the attachment (1656785625637.png), this has nothing to do with our bathroom planning but was copied by me from another thread as inspiration. Somehow the link was apparently inserted into my post, unfortunately nothing like that was shown in the preview. So please just ignore it!

I would choose a washlet instead of a bidet, one less thing. Most likely number 5 if the sink and bathtub are swapped.

Yes, I have thought about that too. However, besides the price, the maintenance and possibly fragile technology deter me. You probably mean something like this? Yes, that is better at first glance. Too bad we don’t want an open shower, then the long shower partition wall would at least be useful. Without a bidet, of course, the wall can be shortened, but I had hoped to somehow fit it in. The upper part of the shower partition wall could be made of glass, it would certainly look okay? Thanks a lot and best regards, Hausbaufaehig

What maintenance? Vulnerable technology? Price may be an argument, but it is much more comfortable than a bidet!

I would plan with a bidet. A separate bidet has advantages. In brief overview, 3 or 4 would be my favorite.
