So I would also have said sink on the other wall and instead the towel radiator... if you provide a socket, you can of course install it later... above all, you then buy what you really want and not what the plumber has on offer at sky-high prices...

If you are expecting small children and the cartridge allows it... Put the socket and control unit upwards.

We are getting an air-water heat pump and it has a second heating circuit, in which the bathrooms can be connected separately. I would simply ask your heating engineer if that is possible and at what extra cost. Because of course you heat even more expensively with pure electric heating than with the air-water heat pump... even though both run on electricity :-)

We also received a towel radiator 120x60cm. Although we have a gas boiler, because of the flow temperatures of the underfloor heating and since it's without electricity, you can completely forget about that thing. 500 euros down the drain... Well, the craftsmen earned well... of course, there was no objection during the consultation that it might not work..."we always do it this way"...

With the temperatures required for underfloor heating, you can't really heat anything with a towel radiator. It's not a surface heating system. : Maybe you can retrofit an electric heating element and operate it only with that?
