I'll just jump in briefly:
The following questions:
1. On the upper floor, we are getting a 130cm Villeroy & Boch Subway washbasin. The Villeroy & Boch base cabinet should cost around 825 EUR at Reuter.
Would the Godmorgon cabinet from Elch also fit? I really can't see any reason why not. However, it costs less than half and would definitely suffice for our needs!
2. On the ground floor, we are getting a Villeroy & Boch Loop&Friends countertop washbasin. An 85 cm worktop from Villeroy & Boch Shape is supposed to cost about 450 EUR (also at Reuter).
Does anyone have a tip for a cheaper alternative?

I don’t think so. The Godmorgon cabinet is open at the top and certainly as individually sized as Ikea itself.

That’s exactly why we’re using the kitchen countertop from Elch in light oak, so that we can mount the Godmorgon cabinet (also light oak) underneath.
This option should also work with the Subwax sink.

I'm still trying to imagine how that's supposed to look? Do you let the kitchen countertop overhang and do you have a rectangular or semicircular sink?
