I find both versions very nice as well, thank you Würfel! I'm just not entirely sure about the washbasin, whether it might look too "crammed" down there. But I will have it drawn into the plan and see how it actually looks in reality. Thank you very much for the great idea!

If you still want to stick with your original design, you can also move the shower/WC partition wall upward directly next to the window and have the WC cistern built IN (not IN FRONT OF) this wall. This will definitely give you 10-15 cm that you can add to the passageway to the shower.

So, the decision has been made. We are sticking with the old floor plan because the washbasin at the bottom looked extremely cramped in the visualization. However, we moved past the WC to window height, which gained us 15 cm at the bottom and accordingly widened the passage to over 70 cm. There is still an 80 cm shower area in the front, and if that doesn’t work, we will just install a glass door.

We will seal off the window on the lower half.

We tried all variants and visualized them in 3D, but in the end, we returned to the original version with the suggestion from Hangman. Honestly, I wouldn't have thought that...

Thank you for the update. I always appreciate it when there is information about how something turned out.

A question for clarification: if you move the entire facade 15cm upwards according to the plan, the shower partition wall should remain unchanged at the planned 96cm. Why is it now 80cm?

Info: we had 90cm in our old apartment and 85cm in the current house. Both are perfectly sufficient for us (!).

Because the additional 15cm are still actually too tight overall. We have therefore decided on the comfort version and will simply install a glass door if necessary.

I will gladly post pictures of how it turned out, but it will probably be Q2/2023. ;)

I have one spontaneous addition: Rotate everything 90 degrees clockwise, but swap the T-components WC and shower.
