Unfortunately not so simple. The window is floor-to-ceiling (unfortunately specified this way by the developer and cannot be changed). However, the lower part, which cannot be opened, is of course made opaque. But of course, I cannot simply install an extension into the window.

Place the wall with the sinks directly next to the terrace door, so that you have the entrance to the shower next to the [Toi]. Give it a try. Then you will also have more space in the front area, where you can move around somewhat more protected without a window.

Could you still do it, since the window can't be opened anyway? The pre-wall element is only about 70 cm wide, so it doesn't need the entire width. Otherwise, I would probably place the two sinks right at the top edge of the toilet wall, make them a bit smaller if necessary, and put the shower horizontally at the bottom.

I would not feel comfortable if I had a window right next to the toilet. We have frosted glass and you can still see the person behind it – even if only as a silhouette. We have a 70 cm passage in the T-bathroom, which is the minimum for me. 53 cm is too little. 2 alternatives where you neither have to shower directly in front of the window nor p.../k...., here (in version 1 the WC wall would also only need to be half-height):

Mount the patio door the other way around!

As already mentioned several times, you are ruining your beautiful, large shower with the 53cm passage. We have a shower of a very similar size and it is great, but it also benefits from the generous entrance. In your case, it could turn into a cramped little room. I absolutely love the first idea from : spacious access to the shower and the toilet is visually separated from the bathroom. The only downside for me would be that I have to walk across the entire bathroom to wash my hands. Perhaps you could swap the positions of the toilet and the washbasin?

It's not a ballroom anyway ;) I find option 2 very nice and also fitting to the bathtub side :)
