Hi everyone,
we bought a house and now want to redesign the bathroom. Unfortunately, we are still very unsure how to make the best use of the available space. Therefore, I would be very grateful for your feedback, suggestions, and ideas.

Regarding the situation: The outer contour is fixed and cannot be changed, only the area for the guest bathroom could be altered. To the north is a staircase, to the east the driveway, to the south the bedroom + dressing room, and to the west the apartment hallway. We want to locate the guest bathroom as far north as possible since the living room, kitchen, and dining room are also located there. The access to "our" bathroom should be as far south as possible. A bathtub is absolutely necessary.

In the picture, you can see the layout as we currently envision it.

I look forward to some suggestions from you.

Best regards
Jerundolo

You have about 10m² here for a bathroom and a guest WC, and there are also corners and edges on the walls. I would consider whether either my guests are allowed to use the WC in the bathroom or my bathroom does not have a WC.

Look up the dimensions of WC & co on the internet and also draw this into your guest WC. WC depth with cistern approx. 75cm. It will be tight with the washbasin.

Hi,

we are aware that the guest WC will be very small. However, we actually want to accept this circumstance so that not all our guests have to use our toilet. Especially my wife wants to avoid this as much as possible.

I find your suggestion with the partition very interesting, but unfortunately then a second toilet is missing.

Best regards Jerundolo

The problem is not the very small guest WC, but furnishing the remaining room.

;) ... very good, move the passage from the WC a bit further towards the bottom of the plan, then the shower can be a bit bigger.
