Bank, construction preparation and solid house

Hello... So we had to wait a very long time for our plot of land, now finally the time has come we can buy it...And of course we want to build as soon as possible... I have so many questions... First of all, how do I behave with the bank? How long does the preparation by the construction company take until building starts...? and how long does it take until a solid house is standing? I have to say that we have already been to the construction company and received an offer that we are quite satisfied with... And that our plot of land can be submitted for the decision-making process in September.... It would be really great if I could get some tips-...

So, how do you behave at the bank? Definitely don't rush into anything. Definitely inquire with several banks and also reveal that during the financing talks. So the banks know right away that there is competition.

For me it was like this:

A technical draftsman makes the floor plan. (Floor plan takes about 2 weeks)
After I confirmed it, it took another 2 weeks until the building application was submitted. After 3 weeks I then had the building permit
and a week later the construction started.

How long the construction takes always depends on the construction company. But you do get a schedule that shows what should be done when.
