The fire department says that they work with hoses on the street anyway, since they cannot get into the driveways (which would probably be ruined as well).

I don't know what tasty drink you have in your glass - but hinterland development was/is and will always be expensive. 40.00 m access roads remain 40.00 m; for public utilities anyway and depending on textual stipulations for 35.00 m also anything but inexpensive in terms of access roads. It "might" be somewhat cheaper with the gas connection; customers are turning away from gas, so some municipalities subsidize the homeowner's connection. I "would have to" pay, for example, €5k _just_ for the gas connection and barely 18.00 m; so we dig ourselves and let the gas/water installer connect it. Rhineland regards

Now I'm out... Are you serious? €30,000 development costs for about 40 meters? And what exactly does traffic development mean? I know that our connection lines are at least already on "our" side of the street... does it have something to do with not digging up the whole street? Have a little mercy - I'm really still at the very beginning and have to familiarize myself a bit with the whole construction matter...

We paid 12K € including Telekom and excluding gas. The list from Lenza also mentions 9K € excluding road construction, doesn't it? Sorry, but I don't know if I have to put up with being snapped at here.

When it comes to money, that's where my fun ends!

Not only do you need to get safely onto your property, but also the fire department; Benjamin's remark is therefore more than justified. Then you have to look into the textual provisions of the development plan; it states which material may be used for the access road.

Then there are still 39.00 to 39.5.00 meters to the house; about 39.50/40.00 meters behind the first wall of your new building. All public utility providers have to get there; one places all connections in its own "hole" in the house, the next only tolerates a multi-utility connection. One has flat rates, the next only up to "x" meters flat rate. So one thing leads to another – why do you think properties in backland development are comparatively offered cheaply?

If you want to know exactly, call your utility providers!

Rhenish greetings

TEUR 23 for development costs is TEUR 11 less than yours and nobody is snapping at you; how do you come to that? Wasn’t my joke about the drink obvious to you?

I’m saying that TEUR 30 for development costs – public utilities including access road to the single-family house – is realistic!

Rhenish regards
