We do not know the quality of your planning. As a rule, the wooden beam ceiling is more cost-effective. However, many general contractors are fundamentally shell builders (masons and concrete workers) who offer the concrete ceiling as their own trade and purchase the wooden ceiling (as already mentioned). The price can therefore definitely be a margin difference in reality (because otherwise it would regularly tend to go the other way).
