There's no such thing as impossible, as the saying goes. But the question is whether you want the effects on the ground floor.
Wastewater from the shower, if a level floor is desired, is???
Has the floor already been installed? Impact sound insulation and screed?
Wastewater from the toilet, washbasin, and bathtub could probably be laid in the knee wall???
Planning the bathroom and its installation is probably the sticking point.
O.K., then I'll take that on, definitely also in the near future.
I haven't made a final decision yet about whether the shower should be level with the floor or not. Basically, everything should be installable on the ceiling (possibly in the screed, but not in the concrete).
The floor is currently in place. I don't know if there is impact sound insulation; for now, you only see the screed or the covering. So far, the screed that has been exposed looks like it could be kept, but experience says you can only be sure once everything is exposed and possibly taken down. In the bathroom, depending on how it looks under the tiles, the screed will have to be redone anyway.
Bathtub is out, just shower, washbasin, and toilet.
