Do not build more rooms than you need. Actually, only 1 children's room, 1 study, 1 bathroom are missing. Then build the rooms. Who sleeps where and when will show itself later.

On the ground floor, yes, that is how it is executed and fully renovated. It is supposed to stay that way, we are satisfied :).
That makes me happy.
All ceilings are concrete ceilings.
That is bad. Then the option of a bathroom in the south hardly works.
I personally don’t find it problematic that there is no window in the hallway, we don’t have one downstairs either, you just have to use the light switch more often (yes, I know, no new building or, if you will, higher standard :))
If you had a double casement window above the stairs in the attic or a skylight at the ridge, then there would also be light in the downstairs hallway.
In Lower Saxony, a conversion like the one we plan does not require approval, so we don’t necessarily need someone authorized to draw the plans. And my experience (e.g. from the kitchen planning topic) is also that if you don’t know what you want yourself, nobody else will take over the work.
Um so better.
I will now sit down and deal with your sketch. Although I actually would not need a children's bathroom (we don’t, shamefully, have a guest bathroom downstairs either :))
That will probably be the bathroom upstairs, but your plan doesn’t work for that. There is no space with the appropriate height. Without a window, I wouldn’t want to have that either.
Then have lots of fun.

I had posted a sketch without rooms (post 31). That should be better suited for an overview.
I would still suggest a double casement window above the stairs.

You think the way to the drain will be too long if you move the bathroom to the window? I had that concern too, so that would definitely have been on my list of questions for the professional.
Thanks to you too for the draft. That would, of course, be a completely different concept. You could use the office upstairs while the child is small and the children's room downstairs, and switch later.
It's just a different approach, I find it interesting and need to think about if and how it might fit us.

There is no such thing as impossible, as the saying goes. But whether you want the effects on the ground floor is the question. Wastewater from the shower, if a flush floor is desired, is??? Has the floor already been constructed? Impact sound insulation and screed? Wastewater from the toilet, washbasin, and bathtub could probably be routed in the knee wall??? Planning of the bathroom and its installation is probably the critical point.Thanks and thanks again for the draft, in case it got overlooked.
