Assessment of the single-family house offer/ surchargeable items realistic?

we received the offer today for our planned solid house (142sqm city villa in Berlin). Basically, I like it very much, but I would like to hear your opinion on the individual items with additional costs. Are these realistic?

- Entrance canopy on two reinforced concrete round columns: 5,000 EUR
- Glazed clay roof tiles instead of concrete tiles: 2,900 EUR
- Four French balcony railings made of powder-coated steel with stainless steel handrail: 2,000 EUR
- Electric shutters on the ground and attic floors (Somfy): 5,400 EUR
- Central control of the shutters: 3,200 EUR
- Two towel radiators: 1,000 EUR
- Roof overhangs 70 cm instead of 50 cm: 2,600 EUR

In our offer (very current) the electric drives with individual control for 15 windows are offered at 6,600 euros. How many do you have?

I find the prices acceptable so far, however the number of windows is missing for the roller shutters.

We also have a 70 cm roof overhang, but this was not subject to an extra charge for us.

Thank you for your answers. We are currently planning with 18 windows/roller shutters.

The price for the roller shutters is, in my opinion, acceptable.
