I wouldn't want to miss my dry access to the house. You probably don't live in a house where the garage is separate.

Yes, he does. And I have my whole life. And anyone who knows it like that knows that it doesn’t rain constantly when you have to move between the car and the front door for just three seconds. I believe the powdered sugar butt was invented along with the parting hairstyle and the new "manager" jobs.

A dry access is certainly nice, but I wouldn’t make major compromises to achieve that. Otherwise, the tail wags the dog. And the idea only works if the wind cooperates, which often doesn’t happen.

The 5.5m was written by the OP, but do they really apply here? As far as I read the plan, that only applies to Type B. What exactly is the OP planning on the upper floor? Half-story, full story without knee wall, full story with high knee wall?

Next to my house are first the trash bins and then five garages, none of which were unfortunately free for me anymore. That's why my garage is three corners away, half a kilometer distant. Did I not mention that exceptionally last year?

With the eaves height of 5.5 starting from the original ground level, we are also having our trouble, so next week we need to ask the building authority again exactly what is meant. We want 2 full floors - so nothing unusual. That has to be feasible.

The additional regulations with m carport and storage at the boundary are stated in the Bavarian Building Act. That is all known so far. We just have to investigate again how the neighbor is planning, or who submits faster.

We definitely do not want to build the house into the ground, since we are not planning a guest room or anything like that and it would only make it more expensive. According to the development plan, you are allowed to fill up and dig down 1.25m each. That should be enough everywhere, shouldn’t it?

You can save yourself the trip to the building authority. There are sketches of the 2 full floors in the development plan. Only the terrain is portrayed somewhat optimistically there.
