Homework: Determine the eaves height for your desired house. Otherwise, better leave that to an architect.

The good thing is. CP and the house are roughly on the same level line.

No, the orientation of rooms belongs to the basis. Rooms are not small details because they should function the way you want. Later, you can still shift the house a bit. Everything works one-to-one, not separately.

This will be fun, a totally stupid intermediate level There is almost a meter in the house, plus a terrace on the upper hillside side. So either support the terrace or have the house jut out further, then on the lower hillside side it’s almost enough for a window without a light well. Well suited for a study or guest room. I find a large tree at the top of the hill rather unappealing, it shades very quickly. Although a proper building plan shouldn’t require large trees on a property of this size, with trees over 20m you rather need 1500sqm

In Germany, hundreds drown every year in monsoon rain between garage and front door. Have you read the whole discussion about neighboring boundary garage / terrain / wall heights? And what does that mean for the penetration points of the house corners through the original terrain?

Some stipulations in the development plan oppose this. Eaves height 5.5m ground floor finished floor level at original ground level. The planner from the contractor usually fails at this point.

I gave the homework to the OP.
In my example about 65 cm lower downhill.
