Plot 54 would actually be worth considering, but according to the architect’s statement it is not for sale (neither S nor T).
That it belongs neither to lot "S" nor lot "T", anyone can see ...
But sure, we could reach out again to see who had that assured and whether it might still come onto the market.
... and that is why it does not at all come onto the market (because one person buys it and everyone else thinks it is not available).
That was the bonus for the fee-free tip ;-)
The desired house size is about 140-150 sqm of living space. Our total budget is about 650 - 700k€. [...] We are calculating with an approximate price per square meter of 3,000€ to 3,200€ per sqm of living space. A general contractor we have spoken to so far named a similar price. So we hope this is reasonably realistic.
Alright, let’s get specific. Let’s assume the difference between 700k and 650k budget went on additional costs; 37 should cost 151,360; 54 you could acquire for EUR 335 per sqm without getting more expensive. I’ll draw the Monopoly Chance card: you get 28, that costs 194,985. The rest would then be enough for 142 sqm, so the goal would be achievable,...
We already have catalogs at home from various providers of different price ranges,
... and you are now giving away catalogs of the wrong price ranges to poorer or richer people :) (because one thing is certain: building a Maxime or Jette with flair money, that calculation wouldn’t work; with adjustments even less). So the right iron must be taken, otherwise the ball doesn’t go in the hole.
So far communication with the architect, who manages the T plots, has been somewhat difficult. But it probably makes sense to inquire again to maintain the informational advantage.
But then better only for that, because difficult communication typically does not improve "after sale," and as a general contractor or as a contact person for one, he’s basically out of the picture. That is actually the most important thing for such projects: put hooks on dead ends, close the lid – the caravan moves on, the sultan is thirsty. But information can still be nibbled away while moving on; that would be a shame, since it won’t be fresh tomorrow.
