1. I did not say that nobody needs air conditioning 2. I wrote that it only works as long as it cools down at night and that still happens here 3. I shade the windows that get sunlight, I never denied that

I was only talking about our house and it is like that there.

You generalize and throw everything into one pot

Here it has been and continues to be colder than 20°C at night, sometimes more, sometimes less. Always enough to ventilate well.

Due to shading, we are again today at about 24°C downstairs, 25°C upstairs.

Currently it's 29 degrees... in the office! You only start sweating by just sitting around...

That is also quite a bit away from 21 or 22. And of course you can ventilate at night IF it is actually cold at night. But even then the temperature rises quite steadily during the day. At the time when you want it to be cold (in the evening), you have the highest temperatures inside the house. The nightly cooling usually only takes place in the second half of the night. Last night we had a minimum temperature of 20 degrees..BUT at 11 p.m. it was still 26 degrees. At 1 a.m. still 23 degrees. The low was shortly before sunrise around 5 a.m. with 20 degrees.

See picture. Temperature today in my office with the air conditioning off. I am only occasionally on the phone in the office. The windows face west and north. Yesterday with air conditioning 23 degrees. Today AC off and the temperature currently at 24.56 degrees and still rising. You can see it quite clearly in the picture. Outside temperature 38 degrees. Triple-glazed windows. 36.5 walls Ytong.

The heating computer is probably running in the office.

I am usually awake at 4 o’clock and it is cool then, from 7 it looks different. The windows have to be closed and the ventilation off then.
