The heating computer is probably running in the office. I am usually awake at 4 am and it is cool then, from 7 am it looks different. The windows have to be closed and the ventilation off.

Indeed, there is a computer running... but today it is only in standby... consumption about 60 watts. These are converted 100% into heat... no question. But for that, there are no people present. As said... it's about temperatures in an occupied building including people, cooking, electrical appliances etc.
