It would also be interesting to know how the are defined.

With the contract fragments posted so far, it is almost impossible to guess in which direction this could go...

Where is actually the big problem in getting a financing rejection?! You just don’t disclose everything and make yourself look worse than you are and the matter is settled, right?!

That you should normally be sure beforehand what you are doing is another matter.

Yes, that's right, I forgot, thought I had posted that. I would have to look it up again tomorrow. But I know that point 3 stipulates that from that date you have a 2-week deadline to cancel.

You can read how that is defined under point 1. I have to make an effort to be able to acquire the property.

I am not letting it blind me because of that. I already have some experience with such house contracts because I had a similar contract checked by a lawyer last year.

I also had the current contract at home for almost a week before I signed it.

I don’t know how much you have noticed, but acquiring land today is very difficult and associated with a lot of luck. We were lucky that the developer had such a dream plot ready. The main reason why one signs something like that with reservation.

Mhhhhhhh maybe I am too naive, but what is so bad about the points mentioned in the contract? The buyer is supposed to arrange financing within three months. Sorry, in my opinion, one should have that ready beforehand and not only start to check then whether one can really afford the dream house. Moreover, I consider three months to be a very generous period.
