Allkauf house financing condition

The building plots differ not only in the dimensions of the land but also in the directions. If I definitely want the living area to be in the south or west, for example, then I have to change the floor plan of the house accordingly. For me, it makes absolutely no sense to buy a house without owning a plot.

The internal layout / or mirroring of the floor plan involved no costs. The only criterion was that the staircase position within the relative orientation had to be maintained.

Nevertheless, it is nonsense to sign the house contract without the prospect of a plot of land. There is simply no real reasonable reason for it. Price increases can later be negotiated away again, otherwise you go to another company. If the salesperson is rude, the company next door is already waiting.

I also don't buy a car for myself, even though I don't even have a license yet.
