Do you mean my [mein] or tabs... otherwise, I wanted to question the 400 € heating costs per month.. where does that come from?

My 3.5 and 4.5 included hot water. Of course, more is possible, I was being conservative and generalized.

Of course, it is only a generalized estimate. A colleague of mine has the same area in the house, also an air-to-water heat pump. Well, I don't know his heating load. And of course, the question is always how the overall system is set up. But a seasonal performance factor of 3.5 for an air-to-water heat pump is very optimistic. I would assume an average of 3. In the Agendagruppe Lahr, they arrived at an average of 2.6

Earth drillings over 400 meters? Did you read that correctly? Normally it's about 120 meters and you have to be lucky to get that deep.

We have a similar size, but no heating load calculation yet.

Forget geothermal energy... it's too expensive. Cancel photovoltaics, nice in the brochures, but you probably won't live to see the payback. Maybe the technology will look better in 5 years, so lay empty conduits.

We also ended up with a heat pump. Which one and how big I can't tell you yet, we'll let ourselves be surprised. Then you can also think about the ventilation system again, I wouldn't build without it today anymore.

Actually, PVs rarely pay off more than a Div-Dax fund.

You buy green electricity, and suddenly you no longer have coal energy.

And 300-400 euros heating costs per month? No, sure... definitely not with a geothermal heat pump. And not with that size either...

I also find the choice of the pump a bit too large – I would have thought max 11kW?

Photovoltaics pay off – very conservatively calculated usually after about 10-15 years. And with today's modules, you then have some time... but you won't get rich.

Not yours, I meant e.g. the 300 to 400 euro costs. I heat about 200 sqm with a geothermal heat pump (because the basement is only partial) and annually I'm in the range of 400 euro. For double the size (I have Kfw70, you aren’t really allowed to build worse now) and maybe more windows and unfavorable geometry, later you might be at double to triple annually compared to the estimated size order.
I would still check if the heating load can be that high, it really sounds too much, and an oversized system costs more regardless of the heat source you use.
(By the way, I have a yearly performance factor well over 5 including hot water, but the winters were also mild).
