First post, second sentence.
So far, none of the technicians and craftsmen who were on site have been able to tell me what the issue actually is.
Summary is:
01.10. - Problem reported to the sanitary company.
02.10. - Sanitary technician on site, could not solve the problem but read the error "min overheated" and handed it over to the technician from Tecalor.
08.10. - Technician from Tecalor was on site and said that the expansion valve of the outdoor unit was defective. Apparently, he did not even notice that the heating is not running and only focused on the error "min overheated". Later on the phone, however, he told me that in emergency operation both hot water and heating should be running. If not, I should inform the sanitary company again. Heating does not run even in emergency operation and the sanitary company has already been informed by me.
In any case, the Tecalor technician will only come on 15.10. to install the new valve. I have serious doubts whether the heating will work then.
