The heating engineer can only be completely clueless, otherwise he would be able to say what the problem is when switching to heating mode. Really bad... What exactly kind of pump do you have? Take some photos.

Without bothering you now with the details of the appointment with the technician, I only have one concrete question: The system is now running in emergency mode until the spare parts delivery (probably 2 weeks) (outdoor module deactivated, hot water completely via electricity, without support). Do I have the right to have someone share the additional costs?

Log the excess consumption once. After some googling, it seems there is hardly any goodwill in such cases. Legally, in my opinion, you are entitled to something, but you would probably have to sue. In the meantime, the weather is nice again anyway, so the heating demand will probably be limited in the next two weeks.
