Thanks again for your assessments!
I didn’t want to be too detailed, but you still need some information, or rather I will repeat it.
1. I had no trust in the maintenance company because they could not answer any of my questions about the purpose of the parameters. Shortly after commissioning, when the heating was on “warning” due to too low water level, I was told to fill in tap water by myself. For that, you need a hose with 2 closures. The customer service of Tecalor said that even the smallest amounts of water containing lime can clog the valves. So much for the topic “small things endanger the warranty.”
2. I changed settings that are quite obvious from my point of view (presence, summer-winter settings, water temperature, solar system, vacation, and the ventilation volume). I made these settings live according to the recommendations of the manufacturer Tecalor. Later, I also used filters with higher capacity, which certainly increases energy consumption but is useful for pollen allergies. The lifespan of the fans may possibly be shortened by this. But a filter that is changed rarely does the same.
3. The valve settings were allegedly calculated by Tecalor according to room size. So I left the valves as they were, but reduced the volumes.
In short: All customers have to operate their systems as they were originally set. It should not matter which season it is, how many people live in the household at what time, or what temperature is perceived as comfortable, whether for water or air.
If there is a company in the Nuremberg area that takes over maintenance, I would be happy to receive their name by private message.
I have not yet received any response from Tecalor or the maintenance company as to why there might no longer be a warranty or which regulations I might have violated.
Best regards
