Again GSP Siemens and Front 80x60cm

we are "new" here and have read a lot about the above-mentioned problem.

Our method is almost finished, only the dishwasher front problem still needs to be solved. We have a Siemens SN66M088EU (fully integrable), so a dishwasher with a height of 81.5 cm. To reach the corresponding height, we placed a 4 cm thick board under the device.

We have read here that Behjälplig is needed for mounting the front. In another post, it was stated that the installation of BEHJÄLPLIG has to be done following the Siemens instructions. Is that correct, or can we proceed according to the Ikea instructions?

We would be very grateful for help.....

Hello, with your model it should still be about the BEHJÄLPLIG instructions. In general, one can say, look at all instructions carefully and proceed with understanding.

it (almost) worked. We easily mounted the two brackets for the guide (item: 128750, Ikea) on the dishwasher. Opened the flap, marked the height. For us, it resulted in B (125mm). Template on B and brackets on the corpus (right and left). The front was threaded after mounting the metal rails.

And the problem: front is not level (vertical plumb line). At the top, the front stands further inward, although the dishwasher is perfectly aligned. Furthermore, the handle can no longer be screwed on, the metal rails are too high at the top (handle blank, 595mm).

Hoping this doesn’t sound too complicated, we don’t know what else to do.

Hello, difficult without seeing it directly. Are the 13 mm correct? Was the door properly closed when measuring? If that is okay, I would probably try to align the dishwasher with the front using the rear height adjustment. BLANKETT is often problematic. Probably the only option is to cut it to fit.

Have moved the lower brackets slightly further inwards. Perfect fit now.....

Addition: In some posts, the question arose whether an existing "Time Light" works at all in connection with BEHJÄLPLIG and the Ikea front.

The answer is "Yes". Proper function is ensured.
