Hello No I really mean the one-time acquisition tax... As I said we have now paid 4000 and think that the tax office will come again and demand 12000 because we are building a thousand plots with the same company

We are not bound it is 2 external companies but we basically concluded it at the same time... so both contracts

The purchase contract specifically states no building obligation on it

Do I understand correctly? You bought a property from Müller Grundstück GmbH, for example, and are now building with Müller Bau GmbH, right? No wonder the tax office is asking you to pay, and rightly so. Typical tied deal. They probably sold it to you differently, huh?

What about the additional costs, drainage, civil engineering + foundation? Have you dealt with this topic as thoroughly as with the real estate transfer tax, or should the installment loan better be larger?

Seems so. You shouldn't believe everything the general contractor says. Unfortunately, this is sometimes common practice. The homeowner has to suffer the consequences. The purchase contract with the "weird" sentence is of no interest to the tax office.

I don't want to cause fear now. But are the 242k for the house fixed? Not that something comes up.

Dirt bingo like “turnkey” + “fixed price” + “promotion house” + “incl. groundworks (30cm)” + “all-round care-free package”, etc.
