Purely from the perspective of fastening options, drywall construction is easily possible, only that the relevant sides should then be double or differently lined for wall cabinets, etc. The issue of noise development must be considered depending on the living situation or personal feeling about what and when something bothers you. In addition, sound is not only transmitted through the wall. With KS, it is just as good with insulated drywall.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you that, and it also depends on the labor costs and the right craftsman. Both systems have advantages/disadvantages, which is why I wouldn't base it solely on the price.
