One question: do you need the "Kellerräume"? One idea could be to use the entire basement as living space, for example for the bedrooms. Depending on how the slope runs, it is possible that the masonry is exposed on 3 sides, allowing the rooms to be fully utilized. Then the house could possibly be designed more cheaply.

An excerpt from the land register would be good, you can't see anything from the plot dimensions, the drawing is too small to measure out. I at least tried larger excerpts. I estimate the driveway to be 4 m wide, and it begins with a slope.

Yes, we need the basement rooms.
We have also already thought about relocating other rooms and the basement. However, we find it difficult to imagine relocating bedrooms to the basement. We have already discussed elsewhere that there are problems with children's rooms there. And since the slope rises from the street and thus the access to the garden is on the ground floor, we also want the all-purpose area to be on the ground floor.

And then one has to do overtime and the other can't exercise. Also a good excuse for being lazy. Seriously though. Such a big house and already no space left. What you’re looking for with possibly four showers in a single-family home, I don’t know either. Completely oversized. The technical room on the ground floor can be completely eliminated. I wish the plumber lots of fun. He has to run his pipes everywhere... Usually, you try to stack wet rooms on top of each other. In the bedroom, you’re always looking at a 15cm (?) wall stub. TV in bed? Where’s that supposed to stand? The entrance area can definitely be done better. The wardrobe will never be enough either. I’m certainly no floor plan expert, but I would have started from scratch here.

It would have been nice if you had read the other posts here.... There are no 4 showers in the house. Also no two technical rooms... Do you have tips for the entrance area?
