Sketch was faster. Sometimes 54sqm is not enough, or used too poorly... does the amateur sketch make any sense for the professionals? The sqm are of course adjustable if more is needed on the right... 8 meters wide at the bottom, 12m at the garden on top... on average you stay at 10 meters (with surcharge)

A pure info question:
you are planning with 30cm exterior walls - of what kind?

10 m length is not enough. We have 10 m inside. It barely fits with a normal sofa. The at least 50 cm that I would like more are missing, better would be 100 cm. Our table is only 110 cm wide. The TE is missing at least 100 cm. Therefore, my question and request to draw in the TV and sofa.

Or leave it out, or place it elsewhere, or simply have no TV in the room, or not arrange it at an angle, or...

A free space suggests a room that is not there or is too much. Then take instead of TV piano, bookshelf, sound system, whatever. In the plan there is a free space in the open area. It will probably be for the living room area. 10 m raw dimension minus kitchen approx. 3 m dining area at least 3.2 m better 3.5 leaves a little more than 3.5 m for living and that will be tight. Especially since there are still doors in that area. Should 3 armchairs, 1 small table and 1 shelf fit in ok, if it is a monster XXL couch, the balcony doors no longer open in the best case.

3.50 x 5.40m for the living area, however, I would find sufficient. But yes, a feeling of spaciousness does not really arise there either.

As for the living area, it is somewhat secondary for us: we have an L-shaped couch that is 2.15m long. It fits in. If it were 50 or 100cm longer, we would find it more spacious. But it is also a matter of price. Other areas (kitchen island and dining area) are much more important to us, as we spend much more time there than in front of the TV. Many pieces of furniture, apart from the couch and TV, are not supposed to be in the living room. Another lowboard under the TV with little depth, but spanning the entire width. However, that still needs to be bought/made.
