That it becomes a city villa is simply due to the fact that we are building a two-story house; we could also call it that. Some may not like the term, but that’s just what it is called. It has nothing to do with a wannabe villa.

Your house does not want to be a wannabe villa, I have already understood that. And that is exactly why I find it so strange to conceptually "adopt" the floor plan layout precisely from the instead-of-villas.

My brother had a huge bedroom in his first house, with a bed at one end, then many meters of nothing, and then a 3.5m long wardrobe. Everyone found the room uncomfortable, eerie. It was similar in the living room. Even in the kids' rooms I know something like that, a bed on one wall, a wardrobe on the other, a desk on the third wall, and yawning emptiness in between, a few Lego bricks and cars. Size does not necessarily make rooms more beautiful. For me, the [OG] is a sign of absolute lack of imagination; anyone who can hold a pencil can manage that.
