A: Distance?
Three questions - three answers. Answer A for question A.
A: Distance?
Well, you guys are funny. It’s dark on the ground floor, but the sauna needs daylight. hm...
Many don’t just drink at the table, but simply in the kitchen... always quickly grabbing a glass from the tap, so a cabinet next to/above the sink makes sense - not storage in the pantry :D
Nothing at all. You’re blocking the last bit of light with that.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t simulate the (nonexistent) hallway light. Maybe I’ll take another look later and can show a canopy, how that then works.
Still, I noticed quite a few things, that the load-bearing walls are placed rather arbitrarily? I’m no structural engineer, but the staircase on the left and right, and also the transition to the garage or where the upper floor is set on top, I find strange. And a chimney does not replace a wall. You put the chimney inside the wall ;)
Since I feel like I’m talking to a wall somehow, I’d suggest submitting the design to a professional and also discussing the lighting situation.
Edit: The staircase is also steeper than standard, I’d have to shorten it to a 24 cm tread depth, but I’m no expert.
