Yes, I am aware of that. It has already been estimated at around 22,000 EUR. But of course, I will also request an external contract for that.

Thanks, I hadn’t even had these manufacturers on my radar because I thought they only operate in the north. I have now taken a look. The AltoS10D is no longer available. At first glance, I would like the Alto 410. I might have to take a closer look.

I also inquired about the Town & Country Raumwunder 100. The "South" variant there roughly matches what I want. However, it would still need to be adjusted a bit.

In terms of the floor plan, I like the Bien-Zenker Evolution 122 V2 and V3. I have a meeting about that on Monday.

Do you need a space miracle as a single or possibly with a partner?

I can't do anything about the name. The layout is similar to Point 109.1 from Danwood.

The roughly 100m² are such that there is still some extra space. No matter how it is used later. Houses with around 85 m² would currently be the right size for me. But that is completely without any reserve in case something changes in life. Storage space also becomes tight quickly. I don't have many things, but some things just accumulate. Starting from Christmas decorations to sports equipment to tools, etc.

Space wonders are characterized by the fact that four people can live functionally in a small area. For one person, for example, one could do without a room (children's room) and plan a bit more size and airiness for oneself. That one person or four also need storage space for this and that does not mean that half the house is used for storage. And one should also consider what might possibly happen later. What if you plan as many rooms as possible upstairs, but become unable to use the stairs next month? Didn't you write yourself that you actually don't want children? I would first plan a house for you (if that's how it should be). Where one person lives, two could also live. If it then turns out quite differently, you can reorient together.

My reading tip regarding peeking at the neighboring topic is: - here the same "Raumwunder" - even with a similar modification request - is discussed.
