Just out of curiosity, where does Danwood currently stand in comparison to Town & Country, Bien-Zenker, etc.?

Hard to say. On Monday, I have a consultation appointment at Bien-Zenker, but I don't know anything about it yet.

At first glance, the Point 109.1 seems to be somewhat cheaper than the Raumwunder. But you also have to look closely regarding all the additional costs that are partially included at Town & Country but not at Danwood. So far, I haven't had the offers broken down in such detail that I could see exactly where which costs lie.

What is of course interesting is that Danwood doesn't have many customization options, but the basic equipment is already usable. The Danwood house would also be quite easy to bring up to KfW40 or KfW40+, which is not so easy with the solid Town & Country. And the subsidies are already attractive.

Ultimately, it will probably come out at a similar price level.

Higher than Tc and Scanhaus Marlow Marlow. However, Danwood has a more contemporary and modern design, offers many additional features that make the house (at least visually) look more valuable.
They are also really flexible – I once had a completely different house based on the Brave calculated for me... also quite fast on site with the Polish crew. It is said to be very family-like on the construction site, and extras are discussed on the spot and implemented immediately ;)
