It is a matter of taste and money. I did not want to waste space for a staircase at the front or back (view). There is not enough space on the side. A shared entrance does not bother me.

You don't build a house to then live like in a shared apartment. Or have I misunderstood something?

I would like to discuss the architecture here, not lifestyles

They always belong together – after all, you want to live in it.

As you may have noticed, there has been little feedback so far. One reason is probably the confusion over the different floor plans.
But I'll give it a try anyway:

Ground floor:
Technical room way too small.
Wardrobe only under the stairs or where?
Where do you put a TV, if desired?
With a separation, there is only one shower – no bath anymore – okay if that doesn’t matter to someone.

Upper floor:
Bathroom without window looks like it was just randomly drawn wherever there was space.
Behind it a narrow useless “hallway” or whatever. What to do with the space behind the stairs? The architect probably didn’t know either and desperately placed 2 armchairs there.

Two-family concept:
on the ground floor:
Technical room too small.
Wardrobe now completely zero.

on the upper floor:
Bathroom again without window
Wardrobe = 0
Kitchen is an ugly corridor with a partition wall? Seriously?
Furniture space is almost zero. The poor tenant has to wash their laundry in the bathroom. But where actually put bucket, vacuum cleaner, etc.?
Where is a TV supposed to be? Or is the blue cross in front of the window supposed to be a room divider for the TV?

Overall, outwardly wow, inwardly yikes, I would say.
