Music/stereo wall Balcony, roof terrace: garage-carport combination Garage, carport Utility garden, greenhouse Additional wishes/special features/daily routine, gladly also reasons why this or that should or should not be. House design Who is the planner: - Planner from a construction company: GÜ - Architect - Do-it-yourself What do you particularly like? Why? What do you not like? Why? If you have to do without, which details/extensions - can you do without: - can you not do without: Why has the design turned out as it is now? E.g. Standard design from the planner? Great ... Floor plans are still not displayed as images in a uniform orientation, preferably aligned to north.

You didn't make any effort at all with the questionnaire, but you want to know from us what we think of the hut. No, sometimes you can only shake your head.

Solid standard floor plan. If it were mine, I would eliminate the mini pantry and rather put in more large cabinets. The arrangement of the sofa seems a bit uncomfortable to me - but it certainly depends on taste and choice. It's a pity that in the upper floor the children's room is next to the bedroom.

I would try to reconcile the 6sqm discrepancy between the two children's rooms...
