First of all, it's a pity to have no information about the planning task, wishes, property, neighboring buildings, views, cardinal directions, so only a detached appreciation of the floor plan remains.
In my opinion, it lacks a usable zoning of the areas, possibly light in the hallway, and some space and comfort everywhere.
- Zoning
The children's rooms are all located in one area, but the toilet will probably also serve as a guest toilet and then the area becomes public again.
The parents' area and the shared bathroom are distributed on the way to the living room, also public.
- Light in the hallway
A common problem in square or large bungalows, but depending on the roof shape it could still be achieved. What is planned?
- Space and comfort
- 5 people and one bathroom, the garden shower has to make up for it
- To get to the utility room, you have to go through the entrance area, not nice.
- In the dressing room, there are not even 90 cm left, barely enough to dress, it is a trapped room, the sleeping person is always disturbed.
- Two of the children's rooms are very narrow at 2.7 m, it works but it's unpleasant.
- A world trip from the kitchen to the dining area, why?
- Nowadays, everyone wants a pantry, but then please in a functionally favorable location and practically usable.
- The dining area is large enough but feels cramped
- The living room is too narrow at 3.38 m, hardly any space for cabinets, and it's much too dark, the space consumption in front is inefficient.
Although the wait was not worth it, there are no lasting damages to the optic nerve. However, it either requires a lot of work on further development or back to square one.
