Adjusted for the estimated hot water portion, I required the following proportional heating output for the months Oct-Jan:
October - 6.9%
November - 21.9%
December - 29.45%
January - 41.6%

Even if it was overall warmer for you, I would simply assume a similar distribution. In other regions in Germany, the weather is also generally (in relation, not absolute values) roughly comparable. Since your numbers apply from mid-October to the end of January (and mine even from the beginning of October), the share for January should actually be even higher — so rather more than 1000 kWh, purely based on the data. Of course, I have nothing against a concrete January value that is lower, but "think" is a poor comparison value.

Ok, just checked. According to the diagnosis, we consumed about 950 kWh in January for heating and hot water...

Hello everyone, I also checked. In January, it was 700 kWh for heating and hot water preparation. Here in Hamburg, it was warmer than in other parts of the country.

Quite interesting what an old oil heating system consumes. Heating system from 2000. Heated area 430 sqm, of which 130 is residential, the rest used commercially or otherwise. House from 1979, double-walled, retrofitted with triple glazing. Annual consumption 2016 6078 liters. The price was 3000 including tax. 3000 divided by 430 is about 7.10 per sqm. Progress is thus a snail.

Here is a gas consumption for 156m² built in 2011. There is no KFW rating because it was built without it. Temperatures between 20-21°. 2078kWh only in January. So that makes just under €110 + tax. I can't complain even though it was a record month. 2 people.

20 degrees is of course quite cold, but this clearly shows that as the temperature drops, the efficiency of the air-water heat pump decreases disproportionately or the consumption increases.
