Which heating system would you choose for our planned new building?

Hello Frenzi,

I personally consider the post here from user Saruss to be very valuable and meaningful in order to reduce your uncertainty.

Read what he said: 50 euros/month and then save a little?
Saruss is absolutely right. You are already in that range with a KFW-70.

Best regards
Thorsten
(PS: I like it warm in the house and we have with a gas boiler 48 euros/month including hot water, if the wood stove runs like it has for several months even 40% less gas (but wood costs); Kfw 70, ST domestic hot water, about 140 sqm usable area; but we also pay a dreadful 6.4 ct/kWh for gas, which could still be cheaper)

(PS2: Saruss is also right about the heating performance. It must be able to modulate down as far as possible. Mine can only go down to 23% = approx. just over 3kW. There is no smaller one on the market. In 90% of cases, the system runs at 23% and no more when heating. And it was already hard enough to get the device to stop short-cycling! Because the 3kW heating output is simply already too much in most cases, even at temperatures well below zero degrees. Many people have - especially when building new - hardly any idea how little energy the Anno-Tuck Kfw70 house already requires.)

Take what feels least worrisome to you. You don’t necessarily have to understand the technology, but you need to be able to trust it. Life offers more important things than saving an additional €10 per month.

Morning

1 can be done
2 never!! an exhaust air heat pump Max for hot water preparation
3 is also a solution
4 with the desire to heat without gas or not achieving the goals through one
that would be my favorite including controlled residential ventilation
5 is the development of the heat source included?

That a complete controlled residential ventilation for €2000.00 is possible for items 1, 3 and 5 is more than doubtful.
This just covers the device price.
In contrast to Rübe, I find the additional cost for item 4 justified, as I assume that supply and exhaust air as well as intake and exhaust air are included in the extra cost.

Hello,

my favorite would also be No. 4.

We have the slightly larger version 403 (from Tecalor - a company group of Stiebel Eltron) and are more than satisfied with it.

The system works well and the electric auxiliary heater has (at least for us) so far only operated once (when the heating was commissioned) for just under an hour.

Regards,

Dirk
