Heating costs for pure concrete walls in a typical house would be approximately €1000-2000 additional costs per year, depending on technology and heating behavior, to answer the last question.

"Das" what? – was there ever a picture posted in this thread? – I never understood what the original poster is even imagining: is it about houses from forty years ago, by then young architects obsessed with exposed concrete? – or about supposedly monolithic "concrete-look" buildings by more recent wannabe avant-gardists?

There was a link that led to a photo of a house that no one can afford anyway and it wasn’t pretty either, just concrete slabs and glass. Like an airport building. K.

Topic concrete: I know companies that energetically construct their buildings from concrete. And they have a concrete core activation. The absolute highlight is then an ice storage tank for the heat pump...
