I am a bit torn. However, if anything, I would tend to favor technically challenging lists. This also makes it clear to some people .. see response where their own limits are and where they should then talk to a personal building supervisor, expert, or similar. Because generally there is a tendency for people to consider themselves technically well-prepared once they have read up a bit on the subject. Reading up is always useful, but you also have to recognize your limits, be able to recognize them, and above all, want to recognize them ;).

I find professionally high-quality and detailed checklists good.
Reasoning,
1. the site manager/worker/[Bausparvertrag] discuss solutions and I am not completely left out
2. I learn that building a house is complicated and requires specialists with expertise
3. with own services I get an idea of what I have undertaken
4. I don't see mistakes, the [Bausparvertrag] sees them, I can look up what it is about
5. I hear from the [Bausparvertrag] whether my GU is a professional, or a butcher or something.

Our house has been standing for 2 years, I would have used the checklists intensively and annoyed our GU with questions until he chases me away from the construction site

I would have liked to participate in the survey if I could have checked "no". Either I work with an accompanying expert or I dive very intensively into the subject. In the first case, I can rely on a professional and visit the construction site with them, in the second case the checklists are by no means sufficient.
