Such a checklist will confuse most people. Nice if someone is interested in the rear wall, the construction protection mats, or the drainage body and knows what that is, but that should then be checked by a professional.
Most people here have a full-time job and know their field – what’s the point of investigating after work, in the dark, whether the drainage body is xy or not. Then I should also research in the evening somewhere whether it is what I saw (you can always ask the forum then ;)).. in short: no.
I also think it is counterproductive: once some people have a checklist in their hand, they trust it (there are such types) and think they can check/inspect everything by themselves.

I’m an amateur and for me the example above would still need to be significantly simplified – honestly, I don’t understand it at all. Or rather, even if I do, I can’t judge it. How am I supposed to know if the "rear wall is tight"?
That’s why we also have a construction supervisor.
