Who is the first?
What you are doing here doesn't really help the OP...

It was a normal question, you can just answer it - only one person is playing games here.

And BTW: I can understand the fear of the OP, because a normal home savings contract is designed in such a way that you cannot guarantee anything in terms of timing. However, with a construct like a total financing, it should be arranged in such a way that no gap arises.

He probably meant interim financing in relation to the problem that the fixed interest period of the TA loan also ends - and then?

You persistently do not read what I write... a pity actually, because I am not the one playing games here...

But gladly once again and specifically referring to my building savings contract: I do NOT have a guaranteed allocation date, only an expected date. Nevertheless, my fixed interest rate does not end, but is guaranteed until allocation! So there can be NO gap with me, and therefore NO risk of interim financing.

I have not denied that either - it could even be the case with me. I have always seen the construct as a complete home savings contract - and it just stated when the fixed interest period ends and when I have to service the home savings plan. But your way of responding is a bit strange...I asked the question seriously. I also did not mean you with the understanding...

How funny, it was clear to me that you meant me with that

I have attached the decisive excerpt from my home savings contract. Fixed interest rate until allocation.
