Window replacement with high resistance class - RC3 WK3

We want to replace old windows with new ones!

Here are a few questions:

- Are there online shops that offer windows with a minimum resistance class of RC3 (WK3)?
- Are there price-wise acceptable windows for the average consumer with an even higher resistance class, e.g. RC4, RC5, RC6?
- Who manufactures good and reasonably priced windows with resistance class RC3?
- Regarding the last question, would you choose wood, wood-aluminum, or plastic for the best possible burglary protection?
Please consider not personal/aesthetic aspects, but exclusively burglary protection.
- Can you provide suggestions for good and affordable companies based on the above criteria (We understand that RC3 is not cheap!)

Generally, I would say that it does not make a noticeable difference whether it is plastic, wood, or wood-aluminum. If the window has been tested according to the respective resistance class, then it is just as secure. In my experience, it is easier to fit the corresponding strike plates and locks with plastic windows, which has a positive effect on the price.

I doubt you will find an online shop that offers higher resistance classes. Not every dealer is allowed to offer burglary-resistant windows. WK3 is often the highest level available here. However, my personal assessment is that a WK2 window with corresponding glazing offers a significant improvement in security for the private sector.
